Welcome to Mahal Rajwada Heritage Resort. By accessing or using our website and by making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Reservations and Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from the resort.
• To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card or advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable government taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• The resort reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• As per government regulations, all guests above 18 years of age must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID.

3. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and observe the resort's dress code in public areas, especially dining venues.
• Mahal Rajwada is a heritage property. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resort property caused by them, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the premises if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or illegal, without offering any refund.

4. Use of Resort Facilities

• Use of the swimming pool, spa, and fitness center is subject to specific rules and timings posted at the respective facilities.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in all recreational areas, including the pool.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings, Mahal Rajwada Heritage Resort will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Guests are encouraged to use the electronic safes provided in their rooms.

6. Force Majeure

The resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
